Extensive consultations at no charge to help individuals and couples understand the 4 different paths to divorce, as well as to understand the impact of a divorce on themselves and their family.

Divorce is not the "easy button", and sometimes couples lose sight of that.  I offer insights and pressure-testing to help you both evaluate whether divorce is the right decision for you. If desired, I offer extensive referrals to strong marriage and discernment counselors who can help you both decide if you want to work on your marriage or proceed with a divorce.

Mediation of all decisions needing to be made, summarized in a Memorandum Of Understanding ("MOU") that you can hand to your lawyers to finalize your divorce, inclusive of all topics listed in both the Parenting and Financial mediation services below.  Mediation is the lowest cost and healthiest way to divorce.

Parenting mediation is much more than just a parenting and holiday schedule; it includes parenting principles, communication, child care, records, children's conferences/meetings/ appointments, extended family, co-parenting principles, decision making for children's medical, educational, religious and extracurricular activities, a parenting schedule specific to you and your children's needs and methods to update regularly, holiday schedules, discipline, school night responsibilities, right of first refusal, vacations, significant others, transportation, ongoing family traditions, commitments for future decisions and more.

Having my CPA allows me to facilitate exceptionally thoughtful and fair financial decisions, including alimony, child support, shared children's expenses, the marital home equity sharing decision, college expenses, non-marital property, financial divisions, valuation of owned or shared businesses, life insurance, personal property, children's health insurance, HSA accounts, prior and current taxes, monthly cost of living review and long-range financial planning.  Most divorce mediators do not have this background; my CPA and financial background provides me with the ability to add significant value to your divorce mediation.

Having my CPA and related financial aptitude, I am well-prepared to facilitate divorce mediation services for high net-worth couples who wish to keep their divorce decisions out of a public courtroom.  If you don't want your private matters discussed and shared in a public family law court, mediation allows you to align on all topics privately.
